Miele hosted a private preview event for the launch of the Miele TwoInOne induction hobs with integrated extractor. The house-warming themed event was attended by Miele business partners and media guests.
A celebrated chef and Miele staff posed as a couple, welcoming guests into their ‘new home’ at the Miele Lounge. During the house tour, guests were introduced to the flushed-fitted TwoInOne in the open-concept kitchen. With its compact and aesthetically pleasing exterior, guests were curious to learn about its functions and performance.
MasterChef Asia’s Chef Lennard Yeong presented easy-to-cook home dishes such as Sashimi Salad, Seared Ribeye and Chicken Noodle Soup. Proving to be exceptionally versatile, the PowerFlex technology in the TwoInOne showed two individual rings joining up automatically as Lennard placed a large pot of soup onto the hob.
Chef Malcolm Lee of Michelin-starred Candlenut whipped up a Peranakan fest of home-made Kueh Pie Tee, Kurobuta Pork Satay, Buah Keluak Beef Short Ribs Rendang and other Peranakan delicacies. The minimal grease odour and fumes enticed many guests to try their hands at deep-frying their own Kueh Pie Tee. Without the cumbersome overhead cooker hood, guests mingle freely with each other across the kitchen island.
Moreover, clean-up has never been easier as guests saw how easily the 10-ply stainless-steel grease filter could be removed and placed in a dishwasher for cleaning.
The multi-talented Miele TwoInOne (frameless version) is available now at a recommended retail price of S$6,999.
