Subscriptions Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for my subscription products?

You select the subscription you would like to purchase in the timeframe you want by selecting add to basket. It is recommended to create an account so we have your contact details to be able to reach out to you regarding your next deliveries. 

Where can I view or change my subscriptions?

After logging into your Miele account, you can view your purchases. Miele will handle your deliveries depending on the timeframe you chose. If you would like to continue the subscription, you will need to repurchase the set after the timeframe. 

When will I receive my subscription products?

1-year supply is delivered in 2 separate shipments. 2-year supply is delivered in 4 separate shipments. Each shipment will last you 6 months and will contain:
  • UltraPhase: contains 3x UltraPhase 1 & 2x UltraPhase 2
  • PowerDisk: contains 6x PowerDisks
  • DKF 12-P & DKF 13-P: contains 1x DKF 12-P or 13-P

Delivery is scheduled every 6 months. 

Can I pause deliveries or cancel the subscription at any time?

No, each purchase is for the full 1 year or 2 years. If you require to change your delivery date, please contact us.
