Double Boiled Pork Rib Soup with Bitter Gourd

Ingredients500 grams Pork ribs
1 piece Bitter gourd - 400g, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
1 litre Water
2 pieces Tomatoes, chop into big pieces
1 piece Salted plum
Salt, to taste

Preparation1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the pork ribs in the hot water for 2 minutes. Remove from the water and drain. Discard the water and the sediments inside.
2. Place these blanched pork ribs and the rest of the ingredients in a deep container suitable for soup and cover with a lid.
3. Place container in the steam oven and steam at 100°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the steam oven when done.
5. Add salt to taste.
