Miele recently hosted a group of newly minted EMBA graduates from Essec Business School for a private dining experience at the Miele lounge. The dinner was jointly presented by 2 one star Michelin chefs, Chef Malcom Lee (Candlenut) & Chef Sun Kim (Meta), who were joining hands together for the very first time.
It was a gastro feast combining Modern Asian and Peranakan heritage, the unique culinary feature of each chef. The menu was presented at alternate courses with each chef sharing the inspiration behind their creations.
The guests were both thrilled by the up-close-and-personal interaction with both chefs, impressed by the menu and went home belly happy.
