Combination steam ovens

MultiSteam is a system which perfects external steam generation. It is specially designed to meet the requirements of large oven inner cabinets. The powerful steam generator (3.3 kW) ensures fast steam generation and hence shorter heat-up times in the cooking compartment. The arrangement and alignment of the six steam inlets, which are integrated into the rear panel of the inner cabinet, enables quick distribution of the steam in the cooking compartment and around the steam cooking containers. This feature ensures uniform results and guarantees perfectly cooked culinary delights.

This steam system is ideally suited for steam ovens with small cooking compartments. The steam generator is located inside the water container. The steam is pumped into the inner cabinet via a steam inlet port.
