With the help of the following notes, minor faults in the performance of the appliance, some of which may result from incorrect operation, can be put right without contacting the Service Department. The following guide lists minor problems and possible causes and provides notes on remedy. If you cannot an appropriate solution to your problem, please contact our Service Department.

PLEASE NOTE: Repair work to electrical appliances should only be carried out by a suitably qualified person in accordance with local and national safety regulations. Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.

The appliance does not cool

Check that the mains plug is correctly inserted and that the fuse has not tripped. Check that the door is closed properly and that the appliance is switched on

An audible signal sounds and the temperature indicator is flashing

This is a warning that the temperature inside the appliance has increased. This may occur if the door is left open too long or a large amount of food has been put into the appliance at once. The audible signal can be switched off.

An error message "F .." appears in the display

Disconnect the appliance from the mains, then reconnect and switch it on again. If the fault message reappears, please contact our Customer Service.

Wine storage unit: The active charcoal filter cannot be removed

If neccessary, use pointed pliers to remove the filter.

Food is frozen in the 0º C-Zone or PerfectFresh-Zone

Please adjust the temperature settings according the operation manual.
