Roller stops rotating during ironing
In the event of a power failure, free laundry by using the emergency release lever. Precise details are given in the operating instructions, which also provide information on how to reset the roller to the ironing position. If this is a fault and not the result of mains failure, please contact our Customer Service.
Stains on fabrics when ironing with steam
If this fault occurs when ironing with steam, increase the ironing temperature as described in the operating instructions.
